There are lots of candidates who fails to meet the JEE Main cut off criteria and thinks to improve their performance marks by giving the CBSE Improvement Examination Class 12th. It is necessary for all candidates to give the improvement examination in all the five subjects if they want to be eligible for JEE Advanced examination. Candidates will also need to carry the Admit Card of Class 12th Improvement examination to the examination hall of JEE Main examination. Appearing candidates will also have upload the new marksheet to JEE Main official website and you will have only one chance to tell whether which year marksheet should be considered.
Suppose if you appears in the class 12th examination this year but fails to get the minimum cut off marks. And you had applied for the JEE Main application form then this will be counted your first chance for the JEE Advanced. Now you having only one chance to apply for the JEE Advanced examination and you can also give the improvement examination too along with JEE Main next year. But still candidates will have two chances for JEE Main but only chance left for the Advanced examination.
